1. The service

With You Again turns one photo of your pet into a short AI-generated video: your pet walks a path of marigold flowers home, sits in front of their ofrenda, and a gentle hand strokes their head.

Results are made by AI and can vary. The video is a tribute, not real footage.

2. Your photos

• Only upload photos that you took or have the right to use.
• Upload photos of pets. Do not upload photos where another person can be recognized without their permission.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them only to make and deliver your video.

3. Your videos

You may download, keep and share your videos for personal use, including on social media. When you share, please let people know the video was made with AI.

4. Prices and credits

• Prices are in US dollars: one video $9.90, three videos $19.90.
• Payments are one-time. There is no subscription.
• One credit makes one video. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

• No illegal, violent, sexual or hateful content.
• No photos of other people used to harass, deceive or impersonate them.
• No attempts to break, overload or copy the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that every video will look exactly like your pet. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important, we will tell you on the site before it applies.
