Refund Policy

We want every family to be happy with their video. Here is how refunds work.

1. Failed videos refund automatically

If a video fails to generate for a technical reason, the credit comes back to you automatically and you can use it again from the link in your email. You do not need to ask.

2. If the video clearly does not look like your pet

Write to us within 7 days at hello@withyouagain.com with your order email. If the video has a clear problem (for example, a different animal or a broken image), we will make it again once for free or return that credit.

3. Unused credits

If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying.

4. Changing your mind

Because each video costs us real AI processing, we cannot refund credits that were already used to make a video that worked, just because you prefer a different result.

5. Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
