1. What we collect

• The photo of your pet that you upload.
• The name and the few words you write for your pet, if any.
• Your email address, from checkout, so we can send you your video.
• Payment confirmation from our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic, privacy-friendly usage statistics (pages visited, device type) to keep the site working well.

2. How we use it

We do not use your photos or videos for advertising, and we do not show them publicly without your permission.

• To make your video and email you the private link to it.
• To answer you when you write to us.
• To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

3. Retention and deletion

• Your uploaded photo is deleted within 7 days after your video is made.
• Your finished video stays at your private link for 30 days. Download it to keep it.
• You can ask us to delete your photo, your videos and your email at any time by writing to hello@withyouagain.com.

4. Third-party processors

To provide the service we use a small number of trusted providers: an AI video and image generation provider that processes your photo to create the video, cloud hosting and storage, and a payment provider. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

5. Cookies

We only use cookies that are needed for checkout and for remembering your language. Analytics, if enabled, does not identify you personally.

6. Security

Photos and videos are stored privately; only someone with your private link can open your video. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Children

The service is not meant for children under 16. Please ask a parent or guardian to use it for you.
